From Ace's Human: His rescue story is as followed: I work for a Animal Control and had responded to a complaint for a deaf dog that had been abandoned in an apartment after his owner lost his job and packed up and moved. Upon responding I heard Ace in distress and howling inside of the apartment. Upon seeing Ace I immediately fell in love with him but could not think about adopting him due to having a dog at home that was not friendly. During the time of his cruelty hold I ended up having to put my dog down and was super depressed. I ended up visiting Ace every day during his cruelty hold and the more I visited him the more I fell in love with him. By the time his cruelty hold was over I knew he was meant to be mine and ended up bringing him home with me. Ace is the best dog I could ever ask for and such a blessing
