Bowser “howloween love”

Bowser came to Delaware from a high intake shelter in Louisiana back in 2021 - but he almost missed his lifesaving flight!

Despite being found as a stray, and sitting in a shelter with no family of his own - he had happy tail (missing hair and raw/ bleeding skin on the end of his tail from being extremely happy all the time and hitting it against the kennel).

Thanks to a foster family who gave him time to heal, he was able to come here to find his forever home! This happy boy then sat overlooked for weeks by potential adopters, but his tail never stopped wagging.

Despite being a rockstar with other dogs and at off-site events, nobody had picked him yet. Another foster then took him home to help promote him and show off his best home manners - but the resident dog had other ideas. Bowser and his happy-go-lucky personality quickly won over his canine foster sibling - who doesn't easily like to share her snacks, couch or mom - and Bowser has been enjoying the spoiled life with her ever since!

Bowser has since been a foster brother to more pups who need a place to land, and loves to meet and greet with anyone and everyone when he goes out! You can't help but to smile when you're around this happy boy!
