I lost my sweet almost 13-year-old dog Lambert on 8.12.21 & my heart was broken - until I saw BVSPCA Facebook post & knew this dog was sent here for me to heal. His eyes reminded me of Lambert & I just knew he was the one. PALS in McComb, MS is not usually where Wings of Rescue transports for BVSPCA, but due to Hurricane Ida they transported animals from PALS & Clooney ended up on a transport plane to DE. His name was Bear but upon meeting me he didn’t respond when called Bear, but when I called him Clooney he looked up at me & that was that. The moment he walked through the front door he knew he was home. He gets more excited coming home then leaving. He was 2 when I adopted him, heart worm positive, quite timid & bit underweight. He is now 100% healthy, gains confidence daily though still little shy & completly happy & living his best life. He has the most beautiful soul & everyone who has met him tells me that as well.Clooney's fav things are being home, bouncing his ball, playing with his toys, food of any kind and most of all being told he's a good boy. His whole body lights up when he receives praise. He also likes bringing in the mail and newspaper & he now likes going for car rides & pup cups at Starbucks. He is such a blessing, and I am thankful to all who made his trip to DE possible. He is the perfect dog for me & I know Lambert had a hand in sending him to me and I plan on continuing giving him the best life.
